Check ID Availability 

To inquire about the status of the release of your VSU Alumni ID, please contact the Alumni Office by completing the designated forms. The responsible administrator will respond to your inquiry via email within a maximum of three working days.

Apply New Alumni ID 

All VSU Alumni from various batches (BAS-VSU) are welcome to apply for a new alumni ID with a nominal fee of Php 100.00. To initiate the application process, kindly fill out the provided application form and submit it along with a copy of the payment receipt and a recent 2×2 ID photo.

Following the submission of your documents, the dedicated administrator will notify you via email regarding the status of your alumni ID. Once your ID is ready, you have the option to either pick it up personally or select the convenient delivery option.
